We stand proudly as an urban art and apparel brand with meaning. Brickmob hand creates epic murals and urban threads using eco-friendly techniques and locally owned supplies whenever possible. Our crew partakes in a multitude of events, festivals, and public art projects to help our community thrive and bolster civic unity. We also donate a portion of all proceeds to the ACLU.
Simply put, our creative collective lives and breathes the conscientious maker movement.
MURALS

We are born and based out of Wichita, Kansas so when we purchase materials or if we need to outsource, we first use local family owned companies. We're straight outta the Midwest and proud of it.
METHOD
Our art and apparel creation process is all by hand. We feel that there is a demand for pieces that retain an actual human quality and diverge from traditional corporate clones. We reuse as much of our printing materials as we can and we keep our techniques and supplies as earth-safe as possible. We live and breathe the conscientious maker movement.
IDEALS
We artistically strive to be a responsible social voice. Our crew is dedicated to the cultivation of the arts, protection of our environment, widespread equality, civic pride, and freedom of expression while demanding transparency and accountability from both government and corporations alike. To help with societal struggles, a portion of all sales is donated to the American Civil Liberties Union.
THREADS
Our hand printed clothing has three main points that set us above all others, their limited runs and the ink and material that we use.
Limited Edition
All of our shirts are extremely limited edition and printed by hand in very small batches. This keeps the wearer looking fresh by standing apart from the crowd with a unique wearable art piece. Once an article of clothing runs out, they're gone for good. Occasionally we will reprint a design as per popular demand but it will never be in the same color scheme or style. Being unique and trendsetting is what we specialize in.Ink
Developed by Green Galaxy, our clothing inks are eco-friendly and soft-to-the-touch. Being water-based, our ink does not include any harmful or hazardous materials. The majority of shirt printers use plastic based inks that require extremely hazardous chemicals to print with and feel far less soft. Ours are safe for our crew, the wearer, and more to the point, the world we all live in.Material
Our garment manufacturer and cut can vary but we always use the softest feeling shirts. Going forward we will always use 100% cotton to cut down the synthetic fiber footprint on the world. The fit of our shirts is usually referred to as modern, trim or fashion as opposed to the formless box cut shirts most companies peddle. Simply put, we try to only print on soft, environmentally friendly, better fitting attire.

We are proudly Midwest born in beautiful Wichita, Kansas. We don't have a brick and mortar storefront but we do pop-up shops at as many events as we can. Check out our Events Page for more info!

HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR MURALS?
Labor and material costs are wrapped into total costs and put forward as a cost per square foot for the mural itself. Some of the other factors that we take into consideration are the intricacy of the design, mural location, who the mural is for, our level of creative involvement with the design, and the surface it will be upon. If you're wanting a mural for your home, small business, school, or charity we will definitely work with you on the price. We will also reduce the cost if we have free reign to create whatever our innovative minds come up with.
Starting Estimate:
$10 per sq.ft. (low to mid level intricacy)
Don't freak out once you determine the potential cost with the estimate above. We can and want to work with you, as spreading public art is our main goal. To give it a bit of perspective, a 13' x 13' ft outdoor mural can cost around $1,700. Since we use high end paint that the manufacturer boasts lasts approximately 10-15 years, that's only $170 a year to dramatically increase your exposure and make a dramatic impact on the cities landscape. Simply put, that's cost effective marketing all while supporting the arts!

Yes we do! Because we are eager to spread life to the bland walls of the world, we offer an array of things we discount for. Here are a few:

WHAT TYPE OF INK DO YOU USE TO PRINT YOUR SHIRTS?
We hand print our threads solely with water-based, eco-friendly, Green Galaxy ink which has an amazingly soft-to-the-touch feel. This ink needs nothing but water to clean up during our printing process. The majority of clothing producers use PVC based inks that require extremely harsh chemicals as well as giving their shirts that thick, plastic layer that sits on top of the shirt. Though plastic inks do last longer than water-based, our ink truly evolves with the life of your shirt, as it was meant to be. Think of it this way, if the ink the other guys use lasts forever and demands such terrible chemicals to clean up, why do you want it rubbing up next to your skin?
I HEAR SHIRT PRINTING IS BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, IS THAT TRUE?
For most apparel companies, very much so. But our threads, absolutely not! We only use eco-friendly cleaning and printing supplies which includes the emulsion, ink and ink removers. We will also always use 100% cotton to cut down the synthetic fiber waste footprint on the world and our waterways. We chose to give a damn about our world.
DO YOU USE FANCY PRINTING EQUIPMENT?
Nope. We hand print and hand register everything. That means raw shirt prints with real texture that are the embodiment of unique. We leave the mass production of pseudo-flawless boring shirts to the evil corporations.
ARE YOUR PRICES AT YOUR SHOWS THE SAME AS ONLINE AND WHY DON'T I SEE EVERYTHING ONLINE THAT WAS AT YOUR ART SWAG TENT?
Nope. We discount everything at our shows because there's no shipping & handling involved and we want to give those awesome patrons that come visit us in person a little bit of a discount perk.
If there was something you saw at one of our shows, please feel free to email us about it! We also like to keep some of our creations solely for our live events. This gives a special bonus to the in-person supporters.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items ship within a week. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary drastically.
